Woman Charged in Christopher George Murder Case
Detectives probing the murder of 26-year-old Christopher George in Edmonton have arrested and charged a woman in connection with the case.
Gizem Ozbahadir Arrested
Gizem Ozbahadir, 22, from Waltham Cross, Herts, was arrested yesterday and charged tonight, Thursday 27 August. She faces charges of murder, possession of cannabis under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and two fraud offences.
Ozbahadir has been remanded to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 28 August.
Two Men Also Charged Over Murder
- Leo Donaldson, 27, of Haringey was charged with murder and possession of criminal property. He was remanded at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on 15 August and set to appear at the Old Bailey on 18 August.
- Roshane Watson, 23, of Edmonton was charged with murder and receiving stolen goods in the early hours of 20 August. He appeared at Highbury Magistrates’ Court the same day.
Both men are next due to appear at the Central Criminal Court on Tuesday, 3 November.
