Andover Drug Dealer Busted with 26 Bags of Cocaine
Bruno Carvalho, 24, has been locked up after police caught him red-handed with a stash of cocaine. The no-nonsense crackdown saw officers swoop in during a suspected drug deal, ending Carvalho’s run in style.
Patrols Catch Carvalho in the Act
On December 12, 2025, police acting on tip-offs kept a sharp eye on King Arthur’s Way. Their vigilance paid off when Carvalho pulled his grey Kia Optima into Tintagel Close, raising alarm bells.
A search of the car uncovered 26 bags of cocaine, £570 in cash, and a phone tied directly to drug dealing.
Violence Erupts as Carvalho Resists Arrest
Carvalho didn’t go down without a fight. He resisted arrest violently, forcing officers to wrestle him to the ground.
“He snatched an officer’s PAVA spray and unleashed it on another,” said a police source. “He also kicked a third officer’s shin, leaving bruises.”
Jailed for More Than 3 Years
Carvalho faced a slew of charges:
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs
- Possession of noxious gas weapon
- Assault occasioning actual bodily harm
- Driving without a licence
- Driving without insurance
Yesterday at Winchester Court, he was sentenced to three years and four months behind bars. Officers hailed the verdict as a win for tough law enforcement.
