A man has been charged with attempted murder following a savage knife attack in Walberton, Arundel, last Friday evening (27 June). The victim, a woman, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the shocking assault.

Detective Inspector Matt Phelps of Sussex Police’s West Sussex Division said officers worked tirelessly to secure the swift charge. “We acted quickly to bring this dangerous attacker to justice,” he stated.
