Erith Driver Charged After Smashing into Eight Cars in Dartford Rampage
High-Speed Havoc Sparks Police Chase
A 21-year-old motorist from Erith faces serious charges after allegedly wrecking eight vehicles across Dartford. Police were called to Thames Road around 3pm on Thursday, 17 October 2019, after spotting a suspicious car speeding recklessly.
Crash Chaos and Injuries
The driver, Nathanael Ekajeh of Cricketers Close, is accused of crashing into cars on Francis Road, Burnham Road, and Crayford Road. A woman was reportedly hurt in one of the collisions.
Serious Charges Stack Up
Ekajeh was arrested the same day. He now faces an array of charges including:
- Aggravated vehicle taking
- Dangerous driving
- Possession of criminal property
- Possession of an offensive weapon (a baseball bat)
- Possession of cannabis
- Driving without insurance or a licence
Court Dates Set
Ekajeh appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 19 October and was remanded in custody. His next hearing is scheduled for 18 November at Maidstone Crown Court.
