Teen Charged With Murder of 15-Year-Old in Newham
15-Year-Old Boy Held Over Baptista Adjei Murder
A teenage boy has been formally charged with the murder of 15-year-old Baptista Adjei in Newham on October 10. The suspect, also 15, was charged today, Saturday 12 October.
Additional Charges Laid Against Teen
Alongside the murder charge, he faces charges of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent concerning another 15-year-old victim. He is also charged with two counts of possessing an offensive weapon.
Youth to Face Stratford Court
The teen is due to appear at Stratford Youth Court on Monday, 14 October. Police continue their investigation as the community reels from the tragic events.
