40-Year-Old Joanne Penney Killed in Front of Neighbours

Joanne Penney, 40, was declared dead at the scene after emergency services rushed to the Llys Maelwg block in Green Park at around 6.10pm on Sunday, March 9. Neighbours reported hearing a single gunshot just moments before armed police swarmed the estate.
