Chatham Lockdown Drama: Man Fires Guns from Penthouse Balcony

Armed Police Rush to Dockside Flat

Chatham was thrown into chaos this morning after a man, known online as “fleximike,” was caught on camera blasting off four guns from a penthouse balcony overlooking the docks. Armed police scrambled to the scene just after 8.30am on Wednesday.

Kent Police received the emergency call at 8.35am on April 22, 2020, reporting a disturbance at a flat on Dock Head Road, Chatham.

Public Alarm and Police Response

Witnesses alerted authorities after spotting a man on the balcony brandishing weapons. Patrols, including armed units and a police helicopter, quickly descended on the area.

The suspect, a man in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of firearms offences.

Imitation Guns Seized, Investigation Ongoing

Police officers remain at the scene conducting investigations. So far, they have recovered four suspected imitation firearms linked to the incident.
