Wokingham Stabbing Probe: Second Arrest Made

21-Year-Old from Bracknell Nabbed

Police hunting answers over a stabbing outside The Station Tap in Wokingham have bagged a new suspect. On Wednesday 15 May, a 21-year-old man from Bracknell was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. The attack happened on 1 April, leaving a man in his twenties seriously wounded.

Victim Discharged After Serious Injuries

The victim has now been released from hospital, but the case is far from closed. The 21-year-old suspect is currently on police bail until 12 June, as officers continue piecing together what happened that night on Station Road.

Another Charged, One Released

  • A 17-year-old boy from Richmond-upon-Thames was previously charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent on 19 April.
  • He is set to appear at Reading Crown Court on Tuesday 28 May.
  • An 18-year-old man from Farnborough, Hampshire was arrested but later released without charge.
