Gillingham Drug Dealer Nabbed with Heroin and Crack

A Gillingham man has been caught red-handed dealing heroin and crack cocaine in the town centre. Plain-clothed Kent Police officers, targeting county lines drug crime, arrested 19-year-old Harry Turner after spotting him acting suspiciously.

Suspicious Behaviour Sparks Arrest

Turner was seen loitering back and forth with no clear purpose, constantly using his mobile phone. Officers stopped him around 12:40pm on Monday 29 June and found around 100 wraps of heroin and crack cocaine on him.

Turner Pleads Guilty and Is Remanded

The 19-year-old, from Canterbury Street, Gillingham, was charged with possession with intent to supply. At Medway Magistrates’ Court on 30 June, he pleaded guilty and was remanded in custody.

He is set to appear next at Maidstone Crown Court on a date yet to be confirmed.
