Ilford Stabbing Victim Named Gurjeet Singh as Family Pays Heartbreaking Tribute
Beloved Son Fatally Stabbed in Ilford
The family of Gurjeet Singh, known to friends and loved ones as Gary, have paid a moving tribute after the 30-year-old was fatally stabbed at a home on Felbrigge Road, Ilford, on Wednesday, 23 July.
Gary was described as “well-loved” with a “remarkable ability to connect with everyone he met.” His family said: “Nothing brought him more joy than being surrounded by his family. Gary will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in our hearts forever.”
Emergency Services Called After Altercation
The Metropolitan Police were alerted around 11:20am following reports of an altercation at the residential address. Ambulance crews arrived promptly but Gary sadly died at the scene.
Four Arrested and Released on Bail
Police have arrested a 29-year-old man and three others aged 29, 30, and 54 on suspicion of assisting an offender. All four have since been released on bail pending further inquiries.
