Met Police Crack Down on Weapons and Drugs in Plumstead and Abbey Wood
The Met Police Violence Suppression Unit has been busy cracking down on crime over the past two days.
Two Teens Caught with Knives in Plumstead
Officers stopped and searched two juvenile males on Plumstead High Street last night. They found a lock knife and a hunting knife in their possession. Both teens have been charged and are now held in police custody awaiting court.
Drugs, Cash, and Machetes Seized in Abbey Wood
The unit didn’t stop there. They swooped on a vehicle in Abbey Wood (SE2), confiscating a large stash of Class A drugs, cash, and machetes. Police are currently hunting for the vehicle’s owner as enquiries continue.
The Met’s Violence Suppression Unit is clearly not messing about in their fight against violent crime.
