Man Charged with Attempted Murder After Hastings Knife Attack
A 24-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a violent stabbing near Hastings.
Knife Attack in Guestling
Emergency services rushed to a Guestling home just before midnight on Saturday, 26 April, after reports of a stabbing.
A 58-year-old victim was found with serious knife wounds. He was rushed to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Connor Anderson, 24, from Guestling, was arrested at the scene. Police say the attacker and victim know each other.
Anderson appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 28 April, charged with attempted murder.
He has been remanded in custody and will face Lewes Crown Court on 26 May.
