A 31-year-old man has been charged with murder following a deadly stabbing in Hammersmith.
Suspect Set to Face Court
Ahmed Said, 31, from Lena Gardens, Hammersmith, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 19 March at 10:00am. He faces a murder charge over the death of an 18-year-old man on Sunday, 15 March.
Victim Named, Family Mourns in Privacy
The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Berkan Demir. His family has asked for privacy during this heartbreaking time.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
The post-mortem revealed Berkan died from a stab wound to the left side of his neck. Officers urge anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference 5093/15MAR.
