Man charged with murder after Oxford stabbing 

Thames Valley Police has charged a man in connection with a murder investigation in Oxford. Egidio Da Silva Alves, aged 27, of The Slade, Oxford, who was arrested on Monday has been charged today with one count of murder and possession of a bladed article. He will appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court this morning. The charge is in connection with an incident on Windmill Road, Oxford just before 3pm on Monday (13/2), in which a man was found with stab wounds and later died in hospital.       The victim has been named as 35-year-old Dominqos Romalho from Oxford.   His next of kin have been informed.
