South-West London Man Faces Terror Charges

Maiser Abdula, 20, from south-west London, appeared in court today charged with terror offences. The young man is accused of holding documents likely to aid terror acts under the Terrorism Act 2000.

Court Appearance and Charges

Abdula was in custody at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, 10 May. He faces two counts relating to possession of materials useful for committing or preparing terrorism, under Section 58 (1) (b) of the law.

Remanded in Custody Ahead of Trial

The accused has been remanded in custody. His trial is set for 14 October at Woolwich Crown Court, where he will answer the charges.
