Transgender Man Jailed for 20 Years Over Schoolgirl Abduction and Assault

Presiding Judge Lord Arthurson branded Miller’s actions as “frankly nauseating” and “brazen and chilling.” He warned that such brutal attacks on children strike at the very core of family and society, stressing how rare but devastating these crimes are.
Lord Arthurson said: “This case demonstrates wicked and predatory behaviour that leaves a lasting scar on the victim, her family, and the wider community.”

His claim he was merely trying to “help” the child was dismissed when the court revealed he was caught wearing female clothing at the time of arrest.
Long Sentence with Tough Conditions
Along with abduction and sexual assault charges, Miller was found guilty of possessing indecent images and exposing the child to explicit material. He will serve 20 years behind bars, followed by eight years on licence.
Importantly, Miller will be held in a male prison in line with new UK guidelines on transgender inmates involved in sexual offences — a policy shaped by past controversies.
