Met Police Detective Charged with Sexual Assault
Detective Constable Jose Poonsawat of the Metropolitan Police is set to appear in court over a serious sexual offence.
Court Appearance Set for July
Poonsawat, assigned to the Central South Command Unit, will appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 12 July. He faces charges of sexual assault linked to an incident that happened while off duty on 16 December 2022.
Officer on Restricted Duties Amid Investigation
