Murder Probe Launched After Woman Found Dead
A man in his 20s is in custody after a woman in her 50s was found dead at a Rainham property. Kent Police were called to Miers Court Road at 8.32pm on Thursday, 10 October 2019.
Suspect Detained on Rainham High Street
Officers, backed by the South East Coast Ambulance Service, attended the scene but the woman was pronounced dead. The suspect was arrested shortly after on Rainham High Street and remains in police custody.
Known to Each Other – Investigation Underway
The two individuals are known to each other. The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate has launched a full investigation. Police continue to search the scene as enquiries go on.
