No Charges in Tragic Lincolnshire Caravan Fire Death

Shock and sorrow as authorities announce no charges will be brought over the death of two-year-old Louisiana-Brooke Dolan.

Tragic Fire Claims Toddler’s Life

Louisiana-Brooke was found dead on 23 August last year following a blaze at Sealands Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire.

Investigation Ends, Coroner to Take Over

Lincolnshire Police confirmed they’ve wrapped up their probe and will not press any criminal charges. A full file has been sent to the Coroner.

“We have completed our investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of a two-year-old girl in Ingoldmells on August 23, 2021. After a thorough investigation, no criminal charges will be filed in connection with the incident,” said Lincolnshire Police.

The Lincoln Coroner’s Court previously revealed the toddler died from smoke inhalation. A full inquest date will be set in due course.
