Pedestrian Seriously Hurt in Dorset Van Crash
Dorset Police sprang into action after a white Vauxhall Vivaro panel van slammed into a pedestrian on Victoria Place at the junction with Spring Road.
The crash happened at 3.08pm on Thursday, 3 November 2022. The victim, a Bournemouth woman in her 40s, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Police Sergeant Mike Gatfield, from the traffic unit, said: “An investigation is underway to establish the full circumstances of this collision. I would ask any witnesses to please come forward.”
He urged motorists with dashcams who were nearby at the time to share any footage to help the probe.
