Twisted Blackmail Scheme Exposed
A 37-year-old from Oldham, Ryan Greenhow, has been locked up for seven years and four months. He was convicted of 22 child sex offences after preying on six girls aged 12 to 15 across the UK. Greenhow used TikTok and Snapchat to trap his victims.
Between November 2024 and March 2025, he sent naked pictures to the girls, lying they were images of them. He then threatened to share these fake pics with their friends and family unless they sent him indecent photos back.

Police Praise Victims, Vow To Tackle Online Abuse
“We thank the victims for coming forward,” said Detective Constable Adair from Manchester Police. “Greenhow exploited vulnerable children via social media. We remain committed to fighting child sexual exploitation and urge anyone affected to seek support.”
Greenhow also faces a Sexual Harm Prevention Order to keep him away from children after his release.
