Fiat Panda Hits 78-Year-Old Woman in Hastings
Emergency crews rushed to St Helen’s Road at 4.10pm on August 25 after a serious collision involving a Fiat Panda and a pedestrian.
Pensioner Airlifted with Life-Threatening Injuries
The victim, a 78-year-old local woman, was airlifted to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. She remains in a critical condition following the crash.
Driver Arrested and Released Under Investigation
A 44-year-old man from Hastings was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. He has since been released pending further inquiries.
