Michael Casey, 24, from St Pauls Road, Tottenham, was slapped with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving. The crash happened on November 8 on Queens Avenue, Aldershot.
Teenagers Stacey Burrows and Lucy Pygott Dead at Scene
The fatal smash claimed the lives of Stacey Burrows, 16, and Lucy Pygott, 17. Both girls died as a result of the collision.
Casey Bailed to Appear in Court
Casey has been released on bail and will face Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on March 14.
