Two Teens Charged with Murder of ‘Big Ron’ in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police have charged two teenagers over the death of 29-year-old Ronnie Wrighting, known affectionately as “Big Ron.” The suspects, 18-year-old Zachary Lemonnier – currently of no fixed abode – and a 17-year-old boy from Milton Keynes, face one count of murder.

Remanded in Custody

The pair were remanded in custody and appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court today (15/8). The charges stem from an altercation in Duparc Close, Browns Wood, on Saturday night (11/8) that led to Ronnie’s death in the early hours of Sunday (12/8).

Heartfelt Tribute to ‘Big Ron’

Ronnie’s family paid emotional tribute to the much-loved son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. They said:

“Big Ron, taken from us too soon. You will be sadly missed by so many people and forever remain in our hearts and minds.

We’ll miss your cheeky smile and hearty laugh. You were everyone’s lovable rogue – your banter was one of a kind.

You loved to party and change cars every other month. Your antics brought joy to us all. We hope you’re causing mischief wherever you are now.”

The Milton Keynes community mourns the loss of a local character gone far too soon.
