Ibrahim Anderson, 43, from Luton, Bedfordshire, has been charged with spreading terrorist publications and breaching notification laws. The charges relate to ten counts of disseminating terrorist material under the Terrorism Act 2006.

Anderson is also charged with failing to provide an email identifier as required under Part 4 of the Terrorism Act 2008. This breach highlights the strict monitoring rules placed on individuals linked to terrorism.
Fast-Tracked Court Appearance
The 43-year-old was arrested by the Met Police Counter Terrorism Command on Wednesday, 21 October, with support from the Eastern Region Specialist Operations Unit. Anderson is set to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 23 October.
