Teen Charged with Plot to Murder in Southwark Shooting
Devonte Brown, 18, from Southwark, was charged on Friday evening, 11 June, with conspiracy to murder. He is set to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 12 June.
Sasha, 27, Shot and Fighting for Life
The victim, 27-year-old Sasha, was shot in Consort Road, Southwark, in the early hours of Sunday, 23 May. She remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Five Arrested, Two Men Charged with Conspiracy
- On Wednesday, 26 May, police arrested five men linked to the shooting.
- Four were released on bail pending investigations.
- Cameron Deriggs, 18, from bromley/" title="Bromley" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Bromley Hill, Lewisham, was charged with conspiracy to murder.
- Deriggs appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 29 May and was remanded in custody.
- He is due back at the Old Bailey on 25 June.
