Second man charged with murder of Rijkaard Siafa in Croydon

Rammon Mali, 32, has been arrested and charged with the murder of Rijkaard Siafa, who was killed on 12 April at Fellmongers Yard, Croydon.

Suspect caught returning from Senegal

Mali, from Valley Road, was apprehended at Gatwick Airport on 5 May after flying back from Senegal. He was charged with murder the following day and is set to appear at the Old Bailey on 8 May.

Woman arrested in related investigation

Alongside Mali’s arrest, a 51-year-old woman was detained on 6 May on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. She has been released on bail and must return in late July.

First suspect already charged

David Walcott, 34, of Turle Road, Norbury, was charged with Rijkaard’s murder on 20 April. He is also due to attend the Old Bailey on 1 and 8 May.
