Drug Dealer Busted with Knuckle Duster and Baton in Kent
Lee Prescott, 35, from Greenhithe, was arrested on Tuesday 28 March 2023 after a Serious Crime Directorate probe linked him to trafficking cocaine and cannabis in 2020.
Crackdown on Drugs
The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate uncovered evidence that Prescott was coordinating drug supplies between April and May 2020. Police swooped after their enquiries pointed straight to him.
Weapons Seized After Arrest
Following Prescott’s arrest, officers found a knuckle duster and an extendable baton in his possession. He now faces serious charges:
- Conspiracy to supply Class A and Class B drugs
- Two counts of possession of an offensive weapon
Next Court Date Set
Prescott appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 29 March and was remanded in custody. He is due back at Woolwich Crown Court on 26 April.
