George Arnott, 20, from Parkhill Road, Sidcup, has been locked up for six years and nine months after viciously assaulting a man and filming the sick attack.
Shocking Attack in Dartford Caught on Camera
In the early hours of 7 September 2019, Arnott followed a stranger walking past him in Dartford town centre. Without warning, Arnott punched the man in the head, causing him to drop his phone.
He then launched a savage assault, punching and kicking the victim—who was motionless on the ground—22 times to the head and upper body while filming the brutal attack himself.
Police Use Phone and CCTV Evidence to Nab Arnott

“This was a vicious and unprovoked attack whereby Arnott kicked the victim repeatedly and continued to do so even though the victim was unable to defend himself,” said PC Michael Rake of North Kent CID.
“What is particularly disturbing about this case is that he actually filmed himself committing the attack. Arnott is a malicious, violent character and thankfully he has received a custodial sentence and will no longer be a threat to society.”
