Six-Month Prison Sentence Suspended

On 3 February 2022, Maidstone Magistrates’ Court handed Buckley a six-month prison sentence — but it’s suspended for two years. That means if he stays out of trouble, he won’t serve time behind bars.

Fines and Costs Hit the Pocket

  • £50 fine
  • £128 surcharge
  • £250 court costs

Buckley must also fork out these fees on top of his suspended sentence.
