Wild Car Chase Ends in Arrest
Police in East Sussex arrested a 16-year-old after a dramatic car chase on December 13. It started on Church Road, Catsfield, when the driver ignored orders to stop. The pursuit ended on Down Road, Bexhill, where officers finally caught the teenager.
Multiple Charges for Underage Driver
The Battle teen now faces serious charges including:
- Dangerous driving
- Driving under the influence
- Driving without a licence
- Driving without insurance
- Using a vehicle in poor condition
- Taking the vehicle without permission
He has been bailed pending further investigation.
