Teenagers Charged with Murder of Charity Worker in Westminster Stabbing

Two teens have been charged with the murder of a 28-year-old charity worker in Westminster. Nathan Gilmaney, 18, from Maida Vale, and a 17-year-old boy were charged on Friday, 20 October, following a fatal stabbing.

Knife Attack in Maida Vale

The victim, Abdul Samad, 28, from Maida Vale, was found fatally stabbed outside Fleming Court on St Mary’s Terrace, W2, on Monday, 16 October. The post-mortem confirmed he died from a stab wound to the chest.

Charged with Attempted Robberies Too

The pair face additional charges over two attempted robberies on the same day: one on Sutherland Avenue, W9, and another in St Mary’s Terrace, W2.

Court Appearance Today

Both suspects are due to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later this morning as detectives continue their murder investigation.
