Five Men Admit Role in £1.2 Million Burglary and Bomb Plot
David Patrick Hughes, 30, from Hook, pleaded guilty today at Winchester Crown Court to a string of serious offences. He admitted conspiring to steal, burgle, and cause explosions as part of a massive £1.2 million criminal plan.
Four Others Follow Suit with Guilty Pleas

- Adam Jones, 30, of Fareham: admitted conspiracy to cause explosions likely to endanger life, conspiracy to steal, conspiracy to burgle, and breaching the RIPA Act by refusing to reveal a device PIN code.
- Jesse Matthews, 19, of Bordon: pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cause explosions likely to endanger life, conspiracy to steal, and conspiracy to burgle.
Sentencing Date Pending
The court will announce sentencing dates in the coming weeks as the full extent of this dangerous conspiracy comes to light.
