High-Speed Heist Chase Ends in Crawley Arrests
Police Called to Henfield Theft
At 8.30pm on Monday, cops raced to Mackley Industrial Estate in Henfield after a theft was reported. The suspects quickly fled the scene in a vehicle, sparking a high-speed pursuit.
Chase Ends in Dramatic Foot Pursuit
The getaway car was tracked by a marked police vehicle and the National Police Air Service helicopter. The chase ended in Crawley’s Boleyn Close where three men bailed out and ran.
Three Men Nabbed on Multiple Charges
- A 27-year-old from Epsom was arrested for suspected theft from a motor vehicle.
- A 43-year-old man, address unknown, faces charges including theft, reckless driving, possession of Class A heroin, failing to stop, and being equipped for theft.
- A 38-year-old from Southerham was also arrested for suspected vehicle theft and failing to stop.
All three remain in custody as police continue their investigation.
