Stepbrother Murder Shock: Couple Charged Over Tragic Death
Staffordshire Police have hit Kenneth Newton, 57, and Melanie James, 63, with serious charges including murder, manslaughter, and causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable adult.
Rubin Blount Found in Critical Condition
The victim, 28-year-old Rubin Blount – Newton’s stepbrother – was discovered in a worrying state on 27 November 2022. Paramedics rushed him to hospital, but despite efforts, he died three days later.
