A young driver faces a grilling after his white Vauxhall Corsa flipped onto its roof on Pigeon House Lane this lunchtime (Monday 25th September 2017). Miraculously, both he and his unbelted passenger escaped serious injury.
Speeding Sparks Shocking Flip
The car, believed to be speeding, lost control on the country road and rolled over. Emergency services rushed to the scene while Havant Hampshire Road Policing shut the road in both directions. Recovery teams arrived to haul the wrecked vehicle upright – but it’s a total write-off.
Passenger Ejected Without Seat Belt
The passenger wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car onto the grass bank. Remarkably, they survived the crash. The driver had borrowed the car from his mum while his own was at Halfords for repairs.
Fast Food Mess Inside the Wreck
Scattered McDonald’s remnants were visible inside the smashed car, hinting at a rushed trip gone badly wrong.
