Brutal clash over £95,000 cannabis farm ends in deadly murder verdicts

The cannabis grow-op was hidden inside a property on Bloomfield Road, packed with around £95,000 worth of drugs. The gang “owning” the crop was fiercely defending it against a rival crew trying to swipe the haul.
Gang feud ends in murder conviction
At Bristol Crown Court, jurors heard Aranit was caught up in the faction guarding the factory. The violent showdown turned fatal, leading to murder charges.
Life sentences handed down
- Brikel Palaj, 33, from Plumstead, London, sentenced to life with a minimum 20 years.
- Radian Lika, 35, of Islington, London, also handed life with a minimum 20 years.
- Nikola Palaj, 28, of Plumstead, given five years for manslaughter.
- Kastriot Mhillaj, no fixed address, locked up for 18 weeks for violent disorder.
The deadly drug dispute has now seen justice served, with the main culprits facing decades behind bars.
