Huddersfield Duo Charged Over Jan 7 Gun Discharge
Leon Flynn, 37, and Harley McCluskey, 24, have appeared in court over a terrifying shooting in Huddersfield.
Gun Fired on Ridgeway, No Injuries
The pair, from Kirkstone Avenue and Sheepridge Road respectively, faced Leeds Magistrates Court on March 4. Both were charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life after a weapon was discharged on Ridgeway, Dalton, on January 7.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident, but the investigation by West Yorkshire Police Protective Services Crime continues.
Remanded to Leeds Crown Court
Flynn and McCluskey were remanded in custody and are set to appear at Leeds Crown Court for the next stage of proceedings.
