Rabbi Luaka, 22, from Chessington, was jailed for over four years after being caught with crack cocaine and heroin. The Guildford Crown Court sentenced him on Wednesday (3 March) following his 2020 arrest.
‘Jimmy’ County Line Ring Snapped in Surrey
Luaka was arrested on 28 July 2020 after a joint raid by Surrey and Metropolitan police on his home. Officers found multiple mobile phones linking him as the main contact for the ‘Jimmy’ County Line drug network.
On the same day, Jaylord Nsawu, 24, from Scunthorpe, was stopped in Addlestone during a routine check. He admitted possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and was sentenced to three years and four months.
Police Celebrate Big Win Against Drug Crime
“This is a great result for us as it puts an end to the ‘Jimmy’ County Line,” said PC Katherine Stevens, lead investigator.
“Two more dealers behind bars shows our commitment to tackling County Lines and the devastation they cause, including violence, exploitation, anti-social behaviour, and theft.”
