Teen Boys Held Over Brutal Elgin Attack
A 25-year-old man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a violent incident near the High Street fountain in Elgin late on Sunday, 30 April.
Youths Arrested, Court Date Set
Two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been arrested and charged in connection with the attack. Reports will now go to the Procurator Fiscal, with both expected to appear before Elgin Sheriff Court soon.

Detective Inspector Andrew Wilson said: “We are very grateful for the support and co-operation of the local community while we carried out our investigation into this incident.”
