Samurai Swords and Nunchucks Seized from Tonbridge Drug Dealer
Police raided the home of Tonbridge drug dealer Daniel Bruford and found a deadly arsenal including samurai swords, nunchucks, an extendable baton, machetes, and even a spear. The 27-year-old was caught red-handed with cocaine and £1,000 in cash during the dramatic raid.
Weapons Cache Discovered in Early Morning Raid
Officers stormed Bruford’s Mount Pleasant Court property in Hildenborough during the early hours of Friday, 27 September 2024. Alongside the exotic weaponry, they uncovered a stash of cocaine and a large sum of cash, suggesting Bruford’s drug dealings were well-funded and heavily armed.
Bruford Faces Multiple Charges After Swift Conviction
Bruford was arrested immediately and appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court the very next day. He pleaded guilty to possession of offensive weapons, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, and possessing criminal property linked to the seized cash.
The court promptly remanded him in custody, and a sentencing date is yet to be announced.

Kent Police praised the quick conviction as proof that proactive enforcement is vital in fighting drug-related crime and violence. They vowed to keep cracking down on dangerous offenders who threaten local communities.
