Woman Brags on TikTok After Killing Army Veteran

Winter Swan-Miller shocked the nation by boasting on TikTok just hours after murdering Army veteran Stuart Maxwell Crocker. The chilling video was posted while Crocker’s body lay dead in their flat at The Signals, New Street, Andover on June 23 last year.

Body Found Days Later After Neighbour’s Call

Mr Crocker, 60, was discovered five days later when a worried neighbour dialled 999. Police launched a full investigation that ended in Swan-Miller’s conviction.

Swan-Miller Sentenced to 23 Years

Following a gruelling 12-week trial at Winchester Crown Court, Swan-Miller was found guilty of murder. On 6 August, she was handed a life sentence with a minimum of 23 years behind bars.

Disturbing TikTok Confession Revealed

Hampshire Constabulary released the TikTok video Swan-Miller posted after the murder. She told her followers, “I’m going to be taking a break from TikTok for a bit because I’ve been a bad girl.” She added, “I had to do what I did because of my situation… There is more to the story than just one side.”

The 37-year-old also mentioned she was hungry and planned to get a McDonald’s breakfast before visiting Tesco to buy a new lead for her therapy dog Oblivion. She claimed the dog had been “stolen by drug addicts.”

Jury Sees More TikTok Videos as Evidence

During the trial, jurors viewed several TikTok clips posted on the day of the murder. In one titled “Part Two,” Swan-Miller said, “Taking my dog from me, the only thing in the entire world that I’ve got. I did do what I did because I had no choice.”

She continued, “They took away the only thing in my life that I have got, and that’s my dog Oblivion. You took away my dog, you all did this.”

Police Praise Family and Highlight Callous Killer

Hampshire Constabulary commended the bravery of Mr Crocker’s family throughout the trial. The shocking TikTok videos were crucial in securing Swan-Miller’s conviction, exposing her cold and remorseless attitude towards her brutal crime.
