Tragic Bromley Crash: Woman, 60, Dies After Truck Collision
A 60-year-old woman has died in hospital after being struck by a truck in Bromley.
Horrific Accident on High Street
The smash happened on the High Street near Masons Hill at around 4.10pm on May 14. Emergency crews rushed to the scene and found the woman with a serious head injury.
Driver Arrested Over Dangerous Driving
The victim was rushed to hospital where her condition was described as life-threatening. Sadly, a Metropolitan Police spokesperson later confirmed she died from her injuries.
The driver, a 39-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and of driving while unfit through drink or drugs. She has since been bailed.
