Knife Attack Shocks Worthing Town Centre – Five Arrested
Tonight (13 February), Worthing is on high alert after a serious stabbing near McDonald’s in the town centre. A 13-year-old boy was rushed to hospital with injuries from a bladed weapon.
Five Arrested Following Stabbing
Sussex Police confirmed five people have been detained in connection with the incident on Chapel Road.
“A 13-year-old boy has been taken to hospital for treatment. This is believed to be an isolated incident, with no threat to the wider community,” said a police spokesperson.
Scene Locked Down As Investigations Continue
The arcade and Montague Centre Car Park remain closed while officers carry out inquiries.
