Police Pledge Support While Taking Tough Stance
“The decision to use Section 35 powers hasn’t been taken lightly,” said Sgt Charly Chilton. “We understand street homelessness isn’t a crime, but we won’t ignore the anti-social behaviour linked to this small group that’s upsetting the community.”
