Just before 7.20am on Friday, October 28, chaos erupted at a Putney junction in South West London. A 23-year-old woman on an e-scooter collided with a moped at the intersection of Upper Richmond Road and Dyers Lane.
Serious Head Injury Sparks Road Closures
The rider suffered a severe head injury and was rushed to a South London hospital for treatment. Police swiftly shut down Upper Richmond Road in both directions, setting up a crime scene as they launched a full investigation.
