Stolen Car Smashes Into Building on A2, Man Arrested
Chaos hit the A2 this morning (October 28) as a car crashed straight into a building between Medway and Sittingbourne. The driver, who collided with the property on Newington’s High Street, was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries before being arrested.
Rush Hour Traffic Snarled for Hours
The smash at the junction with Church Lane partially blocked both sides of the busy A2. This sparked brutal jams for commuters heading between Rainham and Sittingbourne, with delays stretching in both directions.
