Terrifying Stabbing Shuts Down Busy Brixton Road
The A23 Brixton Road is closed between Acre Lane and Atlantic Road after a brutal stabbing last night.
Armed police rushed to the scene at around 8:30pm on Wednesday following reports that a victim had been stabbed multiple times outside the Holland & Barrett health store.
Victim Left with Life-Changing Injuries
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service treated the victim on site, with London Air Ambulance doctors also called in to assist. The victim’s injuries are described as life-changing.
Police cordoned off the area, establishing a crime scene while moving back a large crowd that gathered.
Chaos on Roads and Buses as Police Investigate
Bus routes have been severely disrupted due to the closure, causing major travel headaches in the area.
