Woman Flagged Down Police But Details Missing
Around 2.15pm to 2.35pm, the woman flagged down police cars stuck in traffic on Cosham High Street. She gave only a brief report and left no contact details.

- Late 40s to early 50s
- Shoulder-length black hair
- Possibly wearing a beige coat
