Between 2.15pm and 2.35pm, a strange event unfolded near Foxes Forest in Perrone Road, Hilsea. A woman suddenly waved down police cars stuck in traffic on Cosham High Street. Sadly, she only gave a brief statement before disappearing without leaving any contact details.
